What does this have to do with me?
In 1933, the governors of all the states met to discuss the "emergency" declared by FDR and to
support the new process that was being established. The "government" was in bankruptcy and
had to be funded in its state of bankruptcy. The governors made a "pledge" to the United States,
INC. to fund it. The pledge was that the assets and the energy of the people (YOU) would back
the "government" and secure the debt. But there was one little problem, natural living people
cannot mix with legal fictions (corporations) so it was necessary to create a "bridge" between the
fictions and the people to bring the people under control and make them subservient to the
"government" corporation via their pledge. When the governors made the pledge, they agreed to
register the birth certificates of the people with the U.S. Department of Commerce. The birth
certificate is the security instrument (collateral) used to back up the pledge. The legal fiction was
created by using the name on the birth certificate and writing it in all capital letters, the
designation for a legal fiction. Then, because of the "pledge" YOU were determined to be the
surety for the legal fiction. Surety means: The one who is responsible to pay. So, when the
government or any corporation uses any process whatsoever, they are using it against the legal
fiction, which they want YOU to think IS YOU. But when your name is written in all capital
letters, IT IS NOT YOUR NAME! It is the designation of a legal fiction that is an entirely
separate entity. A living flesh and blood man cannot be a legal fiction, and a legal fiction cannot
be a living flesh and blood man. One is real or natural, the other is created by "law" and is a
'fiction!' Whenever a government agency (such as a court) determines liability, it is a liability
directed to or laid upon the legal fiction or the 'Straw-man' since everything is done in
commerce with fictions/corporate entities. You are presumed, as evidenced by the pledge of your
governor, to be the surety for the Straw-man and you must pay the fine, fee, tax, debt or other
liability. REMEMBER: Every transaction is presumed by the "government" to be a transaction
in commerce by a legal fiction.
What's the Answer?
The only way out of this is to overcome the presumption that you are the surety for the Straw
man (legal fiction). That's why the "Redemption Process" is the ONLY way to defeat this
presumption by using the Uniform Commercial Code, via Public Notice, which is the CODE that
the fictional commercial world operates under.
The first step is to "Capture the Straw-man" is to establish a security agreement between you and
the Straw-man and then file a UCC-! financing statement to secure a claim via a 'superior
security interest' against the all capitalized legal fictiOn/Straw-man, the property and the
collateral. Said security interest or 'registration' of title/control is placed upon the Birth
Certificate, Social Security Account, Drivers License, etc., by and through 'acceptance for
value.' Included in the process is the creation of a power of attorney, copyright notice, and hold
harmless indemnity agreement.
The UCC-! financing statement (security interest. .. and a lien) and the filing of the existence of
these documents will REDEEM you and your Debtor/Straw-man from the commercial system
and establish documented evidence to overcome the presumption that you are the surety for the
Straw-man. When all has been 'accepted for value,' including the birth certificate, YOU become
the Holder in Due Course of all the documents, collateral and the property and are now in
commercial control of the property, the collateral and the Debtor.
There is a 'Charge Back Process' that goes back to the United States Treasury to charge-up what
is called your "ucc CONTRACT TRUST ACCOUNT," identified by your/the Debtor/Straw
man's "Social Security Number" . The Charge Back charges up the account for future discharge of debt.
Filing a UCC1 Financing Statement is the filing of a legal document
into the public as evidence of you regaining control over your Agent in
commerce, your strawman. It had been abandoned on the sea (see) of
admiralty where it was salvaged by Government and big corps to use for
their own gain and benefit.
• By filing the document you are noticing the ‘state’, the public,
that you are regaining rightful control over the strawman- birth
certificate name for your benefit and not the states and that you are
now no longer delinquent.
• By filing you also show that you are the secured party and
Principal Creditor to the strawman – vessel – trust – cestue Qui Trust
as the Trust was set up to benefit the living spirit within the body of a
man and NOT for the benefit of anyone else, government, corporations or
your strawman.
• You – the living man, are the beneficiary of the Trust, the Trust
being made up of a number of parties including you, your vessel, the
state and Commonwealth Governments.
• The strawman is YOUR debtor. Because the living man is NOT to own
anything, we have use and possession, as ‘good stewards’ it is the job
of your vessel – agent in commerce, acting as a Trustee to the Trust,
and whatever assets are being accumulated by the Trust is controlled by
the Trustee – your strawman, for YOU as the beneficiary. YOU are
therefore the ‘Holder in Due Course’ (HIDC) of the real estate assets
held in Trust because the Titles are held in the name of you agent in
commerce but the Deed is in YOUR possession and that makes YOU HIDC.
Upon filing a UCC1, you also produce several accompanying documents
that are all PRIVATE documents and NOT to be issued into the public. All
these documents are referenced on your UCC1 filing by a code number so
there is evidence of there existence, BUT they are to remain PRIVATE.
1. The first is the Security Agreement which is a private document
evidencing a contract between you and your dead at law legal fiction
strawman – crown security interest name. It is an agreement that
evidences that you have an mutually agreed with the agent in commerce
that the vessel – agent in commerce owes you $1B, yep, one billion
smakeroos. It lists a whole range of securities and their values which
YOU have the principal lien position over, the whole of the estate and
is a principal mechanism of protection against outside predators in the
world, particularly on the high seas of admiralty law where there are
abundant pirates called Governments and big corporations. Because YOU
are the Principal Creditor, any other claimant against your vessel –
agent in commerce, can only be a secondary creditor and can only get at
your estate WHEN YOUR vessel – agent in commerce has been paid the
$1Billion which you receive as beneficiary, then the predator may have
access to the estate of the Trust. It is our most effective defence to
protect real estate and other property from predators on the high seas.
2. Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement. To my knowledge this
private agreement between you and your agent in commerce is effected to
ensure that you indemnify the public against any damage you, as the
living, make against any member of the public as they operate only under
limited liability insurance and therefore are at risk to damage by your
day to day activities. It is simply insurance to protect members of the
public from any accidental or delinquent actions from us as private
people.
3. Private Agreement - is a private agreement evidencing a contract
between you and your dead at law legal fiction strawman – crown security
interest name. It is an agreement that evidences that there is an
agreement a set of tasks and objectives between the parties. For
example, it shows the strawman has agreed to accept all deposits for and
on your behalf into his bank account(just look at your credit card or
statement to identify whose account it is) because you cannot touch that
filthy lucre. You in return, have agreed to fill out his tax return (he
cannot because he is a piece of paper and is dead Fred!) and sign it
John Henry Doe FOR JOHN HENRY DOE.
PEACE BE STILL
We the people have a serious decision to make between now and year
end. As the corporate government uses global war to distract us, they
are waging commercial war against us. Right now we have a choice, one
word that can put an end to all of this.
The word is “no,” I do not consent.
This is bigger than Detroit. If they get away with bankruptcy fraud
in Detroit they will do it everywhere, keeping us in a perpetual state
of debt.
Having divine rights is having the power to make and implement
honorable and right decisions without being punished for it. The right
to live where we choose in peace; the right to clean pure water; the
right to grow our own food without chemical contamination; the right to
free energy and the right to travel without having our peace disturbed
in the name of commerce.
The Powers that Be (TPTB) are used to doing things their way, causing
devastation then coming to the rescue with false offers appearing real,
in exchange for our freedom, our rights and voice. Once we agree to
depend on them for our basic human needs, they maintain ownership of
everything that we do. Which includes random stop and frisk, continued
taxation, homelessness, high incarceration rates, poverty and slave
wages; mass incarceration rates; and, substance abuse and other
disparities, to which we do not consent.
While they continue to wage war we must remain at peace. Their war
will dissipate the moment we stop giving it power and we stand together
in peace. Now is the time to unite, pool resources, be kind to each
other, support each other and stick together. We are all we have; we do
not consent to division.
We understand that in this time of transition we must not hold at
fault those who have been deceived and are working with conviction in
their jobs. We must not fault them for doing what they need to feed
their families and handle their responsibilities and continue to educate
ourselves and them.
Remember that while they have waged war on us, We again, must remain
patient and not become violent. Violence begets violence, peace begets
peace. Remain in peace.
When we remove all of the government owned titles, badges,
abbreviations (letters of distinction) religion, when we strip away all
that is not divine, we find there is no division. There is no
separation. When it comes to government fraud and deception, we are all
equal victims.
Police officers (defacto or otherwise) who put their lives on the
line daily doing what they thing and believe is right do not know they
are commercial slaves and debt collectors, similar to overseers on slave
plantations, except they are now called police. We forgive them for
they know not, and we educate them peacefully on the new laws so they do
not injure themselves through violating Title 18 bringing serious
consequence.
They do not know that while they put their lives on the line daily,
some with forced overtime, they do not get to cash in on the bonds that
the judges and lawyers trade in commerce. Although they serve daily,
taxes are removed from their “pay” before they walk out the door. When
they get in their own car to get gas, it is taxed; and, if they know
like many of us, they may enjoy a beer or drink from time to time which
is taxed. If they smoke cigars or cigarettes, well now they will
definitely pay alot of taxes. In fact if they stop and pick up
non-essential items, they will again, pay taxes. When arriving home
(rent lease otherwise taxed, taxed, taxed); not to mention utilities,
phone, insurance, cell, all taxed. In fact we can’t even relieve
ourselves without paying taxes (sewage,toiletries are taxed). By the
time they make it home, they will have lost 80% of their income to
taxes; and to think they put their lives on the line to be treated this
way. That is when we look in the mirror and realize that “they” and
“we” are one in the same.
The system knows no color really. It only matters that we do, as a
form of division and mind control. Their color means color of law, or
false things appearing real; They made race a false issue; a diversion.
As long as one was busy controlling the other, both could easily be
taken advantage of, they are laughing all the way to the bank with the
taxes they collected; while we (of all races and walks of life) struggle
with foreclosure, homelessness, illness, incarceration and poverty
bickering over skin color; to which we do not consent.

The Power of Contracts

Greetings,
It struck me the other day that the City of Detroit filed for
bankruptcy protection only 18 days after Global Debt Forgiveness. Now,
that gave rise to several questions such as, “From what debt were they
seeking protection?” “Who is the creditor and how did they create a debt
in just 18 days from which the corporate United States needed
protection?” We no longer operate within the debt system so where and
how was this debt created?
There were many questions and few answers until it struck me, They are attempting to Re-Contract us into bankruptcy! They are attempting to Re-Affirm the debt,
by the assumed consent of the people, and then Re-contract us into 75
more years of receivership. 75 years of the same old same old!
In any bankruptcy the “Debtor” may choose to
Re-Affirm the debt rather than discharging it. If the People of The City
of Detroit should choose to Re-Affirm the debt the bankruptcy court,
with the consent of the City Attorney, could allow the Trustees to
administrate the Receivership for another 75 years ………… even though the
debt has been zeroed out!
That is the power of contracts! And they know how to consummate a contract based completely on the assumed consent of the People! And the People will never know what hit them!
